WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 21:
10 a.m. – 3 p.m.: Early Car Auction Check-in (for sellers) – UPDATE consignments are FULL for classic cars at the Kool Deadwood Nites Classic Car and Memorabilia Auction. For more information or to add your car to the wait list, contact McPherson Auction & Realty at 605-484-1781 or 605-381-1594.
Noon to 8 p.m: Car Registration at Deadwood Welcome Center, 501 Main Street
6 p.m. :FREE concert at Outlaw Square – TBD
THURSDAY, AUGUST 22:
8 a.m. – 8 p.m: Car Registration at Deadwood Welcome Center, 501 Main Street
10 a.m. – 3 p.m.: Early Car Auction Check-in (for sellers), contact McPherson Auction & Realty at 605-484-1781 or 605-381-1594 for more information.
4 – 8 p.m.: Live DJ and games from 4 – 6 p.m. at the History and Information Center Parking Lot
10 a.m. – 4 p.m: NEW! Driving Route Poker Runs throughout the Black Hills. Turn in your score cards to registration by 8pm. Awards held on Saturday.
4 – 9 p.m: People’s Choice Awards & Voting – History and Information Center Parking Lot, Deadwood Welcome Center Parking Lot and portions of Main Street. Vote by text. Voting opens at 4 p.m. and closes at 9 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2024!
4 p.m: Memorabilia & Classic Car Auction – Held in the Deadwood Mountain Grand Event Center. Call McPherson Auction at 605-348-1369 for more info.
8 p.m. FREE Main Street Concerts – TBD
Immediately following the concert: People’s Choice Award Results announced from Main Street Stage
FRIDAY, AUGUST 23:
7 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.: Rod Run Breakfast at TBD – Free for registered car owner’s only,three shifts available, pick your time at Registration, first come, first served.
7 a.m. – 8 p.m: Car Registration at Deadwood Welcome Center, 501 Main Street
9 a.m: Classic Car Auction – Held in the Deadwood Mountain Grand Event Center. Call McPherson Auction at 605-348-1369 for more info.
10 a.m. – 2 p.m: 16th Annual Rod Run – Registered classic cars only. Two options (departing from the Days of ’76 Rodeo Grounds), choose from an escorted tour through Spearfish or Vanocker Canyon. Vanocker itinerary includes time at the Sturgis Dragway running the track, sponsored by TBD. The Spearfish Canyon route includes a final stop at Carsten’s Cottages. They will have food and drinks available when you arrive. Both Rod Runs leave from the Days of ‘76 Rodeo Grounds at 10:00 a.m. and lineup begins at 9:00 a.m.

8 a.m. – Noon: Classic Car Competition/Judging at the Days of ’76 Event Complex (Please plan to arrive before 8 a.m.) Registered classic cars only.
9 a.m: Classic Car Auction – Held in the Deadwood Mountain Grand Event Center. Call McPherson Auction at 605-348-1369 for more info.
10 a.m. – 4 p.m: Walking Poker Run Routes throughout the Black Hills
5 p.m: Poker Run Awards Party at TBD on lower Main Street. Awards for Driving and Walking routes.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 25:
7 a.m: Parade Line-up at Ferguson Field/Rodeo Grounds – Registered classic cars only.
9 a.m: Parade on Historic Main Street and continuing through Central City and Lead
10 a.m. – 2 p.m: Show and Shine on Main Street. Registered classic cars only.
11 a.m: Awards in the parking lot at the History and Information Center
*All cars must be off Main Street by 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 25, 2024! Thank you!
