CANCELLATION POLICY

• If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, the first night fee per site will be charged. There is a $20 cancellation fee for the camper cabins and a 10-day cancellation notice is required.
• During the week of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and Holidays, 30 days notice of cancellation is required. Cancellations or changes made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged for the entire stay reserved.

REFUND POLICY

• No early departure refunds will be given.

PET POLICY

• Pets must be controlled and not disturb your neighbors.
• Campers must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
• No pets allowed in the cabins.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

• Quiet time 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. However, please be respectful of your fellow campers all the time.
• No television service is provided. Satellite TV is possible in some campsites.
• CHECK-IN 12:00 P.M. - CHECK-OUT 11:00 A.M.
• If you will be arriving after 7:00pm (MDT), Please call to make arrangements for late arrival.
