Worldclass bands perform at the festival during the Sturgis Rally.

Located three miles east of Sturgis, SD on 600 creek-fed acres, it offers multiple stages of entertainment, a swimming hole, bars, mouth-watering food, showers, cabins, RVs, camping and more to visitors traveling from all corners of the world.

The Chip's concerts and entertainment are free with camping. But you don't have to camp to attend the concerts. Purchase passes in advance to save money and avoid the rush at the gate!

Numerous bike and stunt shows and all shopping, live music, events and military tributes at the CrossRoads are free and open to the public.

Free Showers

The Buffalo Chip has more than 60 free showers conveniently located at the North and South ends of the campground. The Buffalo Chip employs a full-time staff during the Rally to keep shower houses serviced around the clock.

Laundry Services

The Buffalo Chip has two coin-operated laundromats.

RV Pump/Fill Services

If you’re staying in an RV, don’t find yourself out of water halfway through your shower or, worse yet, unable to flush the toilet. Reserve your RV pumps and fills ahead of time through Central States Sanitation, and they’ll handle the dirty work while you’re off experiencing the Best Party Anywhere!

Golf Cart Rentals

Whether you’re headed to the Bikini Beach to catch some rays or motoring on over to visit your buddy across the campground, Black Hills Colf Cars' golf cart rental service allows you to take a load off and save your legs for dancing during the concerts!

From 7-11 every morning during the Rally, the Sons of Light Ministry provides campers with a free pancake breakfast.

Gas Station

Get 93 high-octane fuel for less than 91 high-octane elsewhere at the Chip’s self-service gas station. The Stop & Fuel offers 93-octane fuel 24/7/365 at the CrossRoads.

Sturgis Rally Information Center™

Discover the best places to ride, eat, stay and play in the Black Hills at this facility, located near the center of the Sturgis Buffalo Chip’s free-access CrossRoads™. The area riders and residents who staff the info center know the region and rally like the back of their hands and will be happy to answer your questions, make recommendations and send you off with free maps, event info, brochures and vacation guides that you can reference later. The Sturgis Rally Information Center is also the only location to pick up your Sturgis.com Official Sturgis Rally Welcome Packet. (Register online to get yours!)

General Store

Located inside the amphitheater, the General Store is open 24 hours and offers a variety of products for campers. From condoms to toothpaste to groceries, this is where you go when you realize you’ve forgotten something small at home.

Bikini Beach Swim Paradise

The beer is cold, the water is warm and the events and music are hot at the Buffalo Chip’s Bikini Beach! Kick back, relax and take in part of authentic Sturgis Buffalo Chip experience at this inviting piece of paradise just outside the main amphitheater. Soak up the sun on one of the lounging decks, fly off the rope swing, or slip and slide, take a dip to cool off, throw back some cold drinks from the bars or take in the stage action from a table on the patio one of the cabanas in the sand.

Directions:

Cruise in from Sturgis on Hwy 34 East from Sturgis or off I-90, take Pleasant Valley Road (Exit 37) & keep right. Take a left at the intersection with Fort Meade Way. It's a well-maintained, mag water-treated gravel road that will bring you right to the front gate!
